This Legal Information is required to sell copied Playstation games. In order to legally cover yourself as well as the company this for must be filled out and signed before buying any copied Playstation game or any other material from PSI.
Platapus Software INC. is not responsible for the actions here by taken by whomever this may concern. This CD is only used for backup purposes, if you do not own the original CD you must either purchase the original or destroy this CD within 24 hours of purchasing this CD. We will not be held accountable for any illegal actions taken by you. A mod chip is required for playing the Playstation? backup CD. Platapus Software INC. will not be held responsible for any harm done to your Playstation? or any other electronically device that you may put in harms way. PSI is a backup service and not a PlayStation game retailer we simply make backup copies of the original games you already own. We do not sell games, we provide a backup service. These duplications are allowed under Section 117 of the U.S. Copyright Law, and you are entitled to this service by law. We have a "No Warranty" policy, so if any harm comes to the CD, Playstation or any other device we cannot be accountable for it. The price you paid for the CD was to cover the original price plus labor for the CD. By signing this contract you have agreed that this is only for backup purposes, even if you did not read the above you have agreed to it. Thank you,
